Actor Park Yoon-ho has expressed his thoughts on the conclusion of ‘Study Group’.
In the TVING original series ‘Study Group’ (directed by Lee Jang-hoon & Yoo Beom-sang, written by Eom Seon-ho & Oh Bo-hyun, planned by Studio Dragon, produced by YLAB Plex, and provided by TVING), which ended on the 20th, Park Yoon-ho played Lee Hyun-woo, the twin younger brother of Lee Ji-woo (played by Shin Soo-hyun), leaving a strong impression on viewers.
Reflecting on the end of the series, Park Yoon-ho shared, “It was an honor to be part of such a great project, and I was able to grow a lot.” He expressed deep affection for the drama.
He continued, “I sincerely thank the directors for trusting me with the role of Hyun-woo, as well as the staff and fellow actors who offered me so much support. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy filming in a warm and welcoming environment,” adding, “I will continue to improve my acting and return as an even better actor.”
Throughout the series, Park Yoon-ho took the role of Lee Hyun-woo, who initially clashed with Yoon Ga-min (played by Hwang Min-hyun), driving the early plot development. After an unexpected incident led to his imprisonment in a juvenile detention center, Hyun-woo eventually served his time and was released, reuniting with his only family, Lee Ji-woo. Their sibling dynamic resonated with viewers, portraying an authentic brother-sister bond.
With a stable performance beyond his rookie status, Park Yoon-ho brought depth to his character, enhancing the drama’s immersion. By portraying the struggles and conflicts of adolescence, intense gazes, and powerful action sequences, he has left a lasting impact, raising expectations for his future endeavors.
Meanwhile, Park Yoon-ho continues his unstoppable acting journey, having appeared in U+ Mobile TV’s original ‘Night Has Come’ and tvN’s ‘Love Your Enemy’ before ‘Study Group’. He plans to continue engaging audiences through various upcoming projects.
